JTS was founded in 1998 by John T. Starling, a former Labor and Employment lawyer in Arkansas. JTS entered into the School District market in 2010. We continue to develop and grow to help meet the needs of our clients and stay ahead of the ever changing employee benefits industry.

At JTS, our team is very unique. With backgrounds in labor & employment law, MBA, HR, creatives and software developers. We push the envelope on innovation and to do that we learned a long time ago that you have to be willing to think outside the box and act upon that. We have done just that building our team – knowing that having control of our services IN-HOUSE helps us know our clients are getting the best possible services available.
